Parent-&-Me Calligraphy Banner Workshop with Hannah Ko
SATURDAY, AUG 10TH | 10:00 - 11:30 AM
Foster your child's creative side with Hannah Ko from @kolligraphy for a memorable workshop where parents and kids will learn the "how to's" of hand-lettered calligraphy on beautiful linen banners! Kids and parents will be guided through the hands-on class and will each walk-away with an original work of art!
All materials will be provided and no experience needed!
Hannah is a warm and spunky calligraphy artist who found her spark for lettering & design when she started working with linen. She was drawn to the meditative and therapeutic nature of hand-lettering on beautiful fabric and started her small business offering custom orders and live art. With her background in elementary education and childhood development, it was natural for her to start sharing what she had learned with kids and families. She hopes to nurture creatively rich spaces for families while supporting foundations of literacy with her calligraphy.
